How can you have an international vegetarian cookbook and not mention the word ’jalapeno’? There are five recipes from Mexico and NO JALAPENOS???. I looked at all the other pages, and many recipes ask for generic ’chili’. There are dozens of varieties of chili to choose from, and each give a different flavor. How would we know when cooking a dish from another culture which ’chili’ to use. Asian and Indian dishes should have more than one type of ’chili’

I am *very* disappointed in this book. Not authentic. Very mild and bland.
