The issue of population is certainly setting off alarm bells these days.

Our January/February issue on the subject -Too many of us? The population panic - produced an unusually large, lively and argumentative mailbag.

One response, from Bob Hughes, included this excellent pamphlet recently written for No One Is Illegal and entitled Too many of whom and too much of what?
