Native Spirit Festival

If you’re lucky enough to live in London, then from October 19-28 you have a chance to celebrate the Native Spirit Festival at venues across town.

My friend Freddy Treuquil, from the Native Spirit Foundation, says:

We have put the programme together ourselves without government funding or the support of any other organizations. I would really appreciate it if you could help us to spread the word about the Native Spirit Festival 2008, as all money raised feeds directly into the Foundation.’

Amidst all the obsessing about high finance, you could do a lot worse than remind yourself that other worlds are not just possible but already exist.

For more details, visit the Native Spirit Festival website. If you have trouble with this, try the usual London listings - and pass the word around.
